A member of God’s own royal family.
A receiver of Jesus Christ’s life & love.
She worships the King in Spirit and in truth.
She lives with joy, identity, and purpose.
If you have put your faith in Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord, you are a King’s daughter! You have been adopted by God and given a whole new identity in Christ. The idea of a King’s daughter comes from Psalm 45:13. Ask the Holy Spirit to show you what it means to be a King’s daughter, word by word this verse.
“The King’s daughter is all glorious within” Psalm 45:13.
The King’s • Note the possessive apostrophe on King’s. You belong to the King of kings! He says to you,“Fear not, I have called you by your name. You are Mine,” (Isaiah 43:1). He will never leave or forsake you. The King is ALL powerful for you, ALL knowing of you, and ALL loving towards you.
daughter • You are a cherished member of God’s royal family, given access to the fullness of His love and provision. You are not a slave nor a hired hand for God. You are a daughter—an heir of God. “Now if we are children, then we are heirs—heirs of God and co-heirs with Christ” (Rom. 8:16-17). As a King’s daughter, everything Jesus has is yours. Everything Jesus is, you are. “As [Jesus] is, so are we in this world” (1 John 4:17).
is • It does not say “The King’s daughter will be”—nor “when she is good enough”—nor “in heaven”—nor “trying to be.” In Christ, the King’s daughter IS all glorious within. Your identity was sealed at salvation. It is final!
all glorious within • You are filled with the very life of Christ to do all things. “To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery...which is Christ in you, the hope of glory” (Col. 1:27). When you know who you have within, you won’t go without.
A WORD FROM GINNIE & SARAH...
HOW TO BECOME A KING'S DAUGHTER:
Jesus Christ has invited “whosoever believes in Him” (John 3:16) to become a member of His royal family! “If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved” (Rom. 10:9). Below is a prayer to receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Today, you could begin an abiding relationship with Him on earth and live with assurance of eternity in heaven! Abundant life in Christ is about to be yours! “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life” (John 3:16).
Dear Lord, I recognize that I am a sinner in need of the salvation You offer through believing in Your Son, Jesus Christ. I repent of my sin and receive Your forgiveness. Please come into my heart as my Lord and Savior. I am ready to become a royal King’s daughter “all glorious within!” (Psalm 45:11). Thank You that I now live led by Your Spirit and instructed in Your Word. I praise You for a new beginning to live in You, with You, and through You from this day forward for Your glory. In Jesus Name, Amen.
